Such a wonderful taste… if you like beans, of course. Just try it for tonight’s dinner and tell us what you think. I am sure you will not regret.
- In a big bowl, toss boiled beans, chopped onion, chopped green pepper, chopped roasted red pepper, and diced tomatoes. You may also add chopped parsley.
- Then, add olive oil, lemon juice and salt to your taste. Stir all the ingredients.
- Transfer to a serving plate.
- Decorate with a boiled egg and olives if you prefer.
